My mission
With my individual consulting service, imaginative solutions and focus on the customer, I support tourism companies at home and abroad to increase the performance of their company in a well-versed and targeted manner, to position themselves better on the market, to achieve higher customer satisfaction and thus also to generate better company results. As an expert, consultant, and business coach, I act as a one-stop-shop, discreetly and reliably taking on the strategic work for which there is not enough time or expertise, and which will make the company more sustainably successful. After an in-depth analysis, we jointly develop possible solution variants, which we then implement in accordance with the corporate culture and together with the team, thus starting a sustainable change process. My goal as a consultant is to help my clients recognize the solutions to their existing issues themselves, and then work together to improve and implement them.

My life for tourism
I have successfully managed and implemented projects in the catering, hotel and tourism sectors, have a good eye for recognizing key issues and problem areas and have extensive knowledge of the tourism industry. I am passionate about working with people, creating exceptional guest experiences, passing on my knowledge and experience and helping companies to be more successful.

About me personally
I am a tourism professional withheart and soul and proud to work in the tourism industry. My jobs in vacation clubs in the Mediterranean during my studies sparked my interest in tourism. I have worked in the tourism industry for almost 40 years and have held many different positions, from sports instructor to tour guide, general manager and managing director. I have been fascinated by foreign languages since I was young. My professional stays abroad have taken me to Tunisia, Morocco, Spain, France, Turkey, Ivory Coast and Jamaica, where I had the chance to learn and perfect several foreign languages. Today I speak fluent French and English, very good Spanish and can also converse well in Italian and Portuguese. Traveling and especially discovering other cultures and traditions is also a great passion of mine. One of my most memorable experiences was attending the carnival parade in Trinidad & Tobago, where people danced through the city for two days in colorful costumes to lively rhythms. About 20 years ago, I discovered yoga for myself as the perfect combination of strengthening, breathing, meditation, letting go and balancing my job. I love the sea with its smells, sounds and colors, it gives me strength, energy and joie de vivre. In my free time, I enjoy sporting activities with friends on land and water and always try something new. The curiosity to gain new knowledge and discover unknown places and things has been with me all my life. Lifelong learning – reading books, educating myself and learning new skills – inspire me every day.
